Rope Sizer
Successive roller pairs taper the cone step by step into a continuous rope of constant diameter. Because diameter tolerance directly sets piece weight, the accuracy of the cutting unit depends on this station.
Roller gaps are adjusted from the line; changing product diameter requires no die change.
