Pressure Test Unit

The part is connected to the test chamber, pressurised in steps and held under pressure for a set period. Because the pressure curve is recorded, a leak reads out measurably from the sudden drop.

The hydrostatic method is a deliberate choice: liquid does not compress, so the energy released in a rupture is far lower than in a pneumatic test at the same pressure — operator safety is built on this.
